Strength of Middle Management. Through an interactive and customized education program,HD Faculty™ wishes to help strengthen its middle management to improve their knowledge in respect to their duties and responsibilities; thus, enhancing their overall value toHD Faculty™ and its stakeholders.HD Faculty™ is of the opinion that quality and knowledge cannot be separated; they are an integral part of financial literacy and performance in respect to risk management, risk mitigation and control.
Competency. To ensure that HD Faculty™ employs the best people and that they conduct their affairs in the best possible ways, we utilize our S.M.A.R.T. Management People! ™ Program to integrate competency into all our activities. It includes assigning only qualified personnel to clients’ work, advancement, training and development, and recruiting. It focuses on competency factors relating to clients’ products and services, industry, project management, business development, communications and technical knowledge. It provides specific guidance to professionals to continually improve their competencies and proficiency in order to achieve their goals and objectives.
Anti-corruption Training. It is the duty of the Conduct Review Committee to ensure thatHD Faculty™ creates and maintains, from time to time, an anti-corruption environment, which includes training courses that are geared towards groups that are more likely to be threatened by corruption, i.e. public officials in particular. Main focus of training will be on information about the code of ethics of public officials who are conducting business withHD Faculty™, be it direct or indirect.
Combating Corruption. In light of the business environment it is extremely important that we educate our directors, officers, employees, agents, and authorized representatives in the area of combating corruption.HD Faculty™ is of the opinion that education in honesty and transparency plays an irreplaceable role in the prevention of corruption in the activities ofHD Faculty™. Therefore, its training activity curricula must be developed and maintained with the focus on the following prime areas:
ethics,
civics and science of the society, and
educating the educators of ethics, civics and/or science of the society including information about the various programs in respect to the fight against corruption.
