Compliance Issues
HD Faculty™'s ongoing “Management Compliance Issues” in respect to HD Faculty™ and its stakeholders, include, but are not limited to:
Strategy employed;
Achievements and financial results;
Attitudes towards planning in respect to (i) extent, (ii) integration, and (iii) growth plan (both internal and external);
Financing policies and practices;
Investment plans;
Quality of management in respect to (i) succession plans, (ii) strength of middle management, and performance vs. peers;
Controls in respect to (i) management, (ii) financial, (iii) internal auditing, and (iv) information systems.
Providing information auditing and forensic compliance products to ministries, non-governmental organizations, and industrial users that will ensure efficiency and effectiveness of their operations.
